INTERNATIONAL:
PDF versions of our guidebooks are available only. They will be immediately emailed to you after checking out.

Printed booklet: You will be shipped a 20 page adventure guide in the mail. When you add a printed booklet to your cart you will need to choose a shipping option and enter your shipping address. This printed booklet will be shipped to you via Canada Post.

PDF version: If you’d prefer a digital PDF of our guide then you can select the PDF version on the product pages. No shipping is required, you will receive an email immediately after checking out with an email link to download your digital PDF version of our guide. There is a limit of 1 download per email.

If you ordered a PDF version, you will receive an email immediately after you complete your order. That email will provide you with the link to download the PDF. Please check. your junk or spam folder just in case it ended up there.

Desktop: If you downloaded our digital PDF on your computer or laptop then you will find the PDF in your Downloads folder.

Cellphone: If you downloaded our PDF on your iPhone then it will be in your Files App. If you don’t see the blue Files app on your homescreen then just swipe down with your finger, then search for the word ‘Files’ in the search bar. Then you will see an app with a blue folder icon. Click on it and you will see our PDF there . If you use an Android then open the Android app drawer by swiping up from the bottom of the screen. You can also access the app drawer by tapping its icon on the home screen. Tap My Files (or File Manager) and you will find the PDF there.

We offer 6 adventure guides and each guide explores one region of PEI (6 regions total). Each guide offers you 30 recommendations that cover beaches, places to explore, places to play (kid-focused), places to unwind (adult-focused), places to shop, and places to eat. Each guide also provides you with a pre-planned day trip. No need to do any online researching ahead of time, we are locals to PEI and have done all the work for you.

We suggest one guide per car. Or if you’re traveling with multiple adults and want to have your own guide as reference then we suggest one per person/couple.

This depends on where you are staying and where you’d like to explore. Each guide offers 30 recommendations so that alone would account for a few days worth of activities. We do offer a pre-planned day trip per guide as well to help you plan out your day just in case. If you are staying on PEI for multiple days we would suggest between 1-3 guides depending on how much of the Island you want to see. Feel free to email us or send us a DM on Instagram  if you need help choosing where to explore.

No, once you receive the printed booklet in the mail or a PDF version via email then we do not accept returns. We are a small business and once you receive your guides we really hope you will use them for your vacation or when you reschedule your vacation. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

PEI is definitely a vacation spot for families. We even have a section in our guides called ‘Where To Play’ that focus on kid friendly fun. If we are recommending something to you that does not allow children then we have indicated this in our guides with a 16+ symbol.

In our guides you will find a little symbol of a paw print that indicates if our recommended spots are dog friendly or not. We suggest you follow standard practices with your pup by using a leash and not bringing your pet into restaurants or businesses unless they allow for animals.

Not all of our suggested things to see and do are wheelchair accessible, it is best to call ahead to ensure that they have accessibility before you visit. For our recommendations in our guides that are accessible we have indicated this in our guides with a wheelchair symbol.

We would recommend that you purchase our printed guides 3 weeks or more before you leave. This will allow plenty of time to ship our guides and give you time to review them. You are welcome to buy our guides year round too (for gifts, etc) or if you know you are planning a trip to PEI and want to start building excitement.

Nope, the product price and the shipping cost is all you need to pay to receive our guides. Note that we do have recommendations in our guides that require an admission fee or ticket (such as national parks, music venues, attractions, cultural sites, etc) and those costs are at your discretion.
